doctors and 2250 employees are looking for its nuclear medicine department an experienced (m/f):
Nuclear Medicine Master/Engineer
Business development and diversification of nuclear medicine activities
Full time position/unlimited work contract
Your missions:
- E nsure an effective and efficient running of the nuclear medicine activities in alignment with professional
management standards, quality & safety requirements, radioprotection regulations as well as risk
management
- Lead, develop and motivate teams
- Organise and plan economic activities and necessary means and monitor them through dashboards
- Manage radio-pharmaceutical preparations and technical logistics of radio-metabolic treatments
- Organise and ensure traceability of activities, communication and archive of all generated data
- Ensure interfaces with all stakeholders within the hospital and work in close cooperation with group of
nuclear medicine independent doctors
- Design, formalise and use nuclear medicine protocols, procedures and operating models with a vision of
business development and diversification of nuclear medicine activities on medium and long-term basis
- Ensure a follow up of technical evolution of the nuclear medicine equipment and applications
Your profile :
- Master degree in biomedical sciences with a focus on nuclear medicine or equivalent
- Leadership training in Nursing or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and relevant experience in nuclear medicine technologies and their clinical
applications (PET-CT and SPECT-CT)
- Team management capabilities, negotiations skills, ability to keep distance, institutional objectivity
- Be responsible, accountable, rigorous, and organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (listening skills, diplomacy, discretion and tenacity)
- IT literate
- Excellent command of French and/or German/Luxemburgish /English
