leading, global biopharmaceutical Company in the field of “theranostic” radiopharmaceuticals and
the Company is currently developing a mid-late stage pipeline of products in prostate, kidney and
brain (GBM) cancer.
Description
The role involves leading the development of one of Telix’s products globally – including delivering
project management, CMC/manufacturing, clinical and regulator engagement as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role reports to the President of Telix USA but is expected to have extensive
interaction with key staff in Australia and other international locations. Telix’s US headquarters are
in Indianapolis but suitable candidates may be based anywhere in the continental United States.
The Role:
- Lead and build cross-functional project teams, comprised of representatives from relevant
functions in the Company.
- Project management, ensuring all development activities are effectively coordinated with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary commercial interface for the program for the business and ensure that
good communication is maintained with the executive team, external stakeholders and
support market-facing communication.
- Coordination and active management of the program including engaging with CMOs, CROs
and other service providers tasked with aspects of clinical product development.
- Provision of technical input (or sourcing advice) to troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Profile
- Graduate qualification in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or medicine (or relevant discipline).
- 10 years of drug development experience; radiopharmaceutical or ADC experience is a plus.
- Project Management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
- Working FDA/EMA knowledge and ability to collaborate QA/RA functions.
- Hands-on experience managing client / clinician-facing projects.
- Computer literate with MS Office, spreadsheets, and ERP & PSR systems.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work with a highly international and diverse team.
